STEP 1

Digestate liquid fraction treatment

The liquid fraction of biogas digestate produced from animal slurry undergoes a special nanofiltration treatment through the "Wrote Liquid Recovery" technology.
In this phase, 96% of the original volume transformed into water is recovered, while the remaining 4% of the liquid concentrated product is destined for the next phase.

Innovative and Patented WRT-e treatment

With minimum use of energy and no emissions into the atmosphere, the WRT-e plant simultaneously treats the liquid concentrate produced in the previous phase and the solid digestate, transforming them into reusable distilled water and a dry organic fertilizer product.
